Privacy Notice
Last updated: 28 June 2026
This notice explains how Itamatic Ltd handles personal data in connection with the itamatic.com website.
What we collect
The itamatic.com site has no forms and uses no analytics or tracking cookies. If you email us — for example via the partnership address — we receive your contact details and anything you choose to include.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Why, and on what basis
We use what you send us to reply to you and to discuss potential investment or partnership. The basis is our legitimate interest in operating the business and corresponding with people who contact us. Server logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to host and run the site on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the matter it relates to, then deleted. Server logs are retained for a short period by the hosting provider.
Who is responsible for your data
Both itamatic.com and growmatic.farm are operated by Itamatic Ltd. GROWMATIC is a division of Itamatic Ltd, not a separate company, so a single data controller is responsible for personal data collected on either site.
Itamatic Ltd is registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17124298, VAT GB 518130615), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. For anything about privacy or your personal data, contact us at team@itamatic.com.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR - and the EU GDPR where it applies to you - you can ask us to access, correct, erase, restrict the use of, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these, email us at team@itamatic.com.
Where your data is processed
We aim to keep personal data within the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside these areas, we rely on appropriate safeguards - an adequacy decision, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How to complain
If you have a concern, please contact us first at team@itamatic.com - we would like the chance to put things right.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. If you are in the EU, you may instead complain to your local data protection authority.
